SERVICES
I specialize in buyer and seller services to senior clientele who are looking to downsize from 3000+ square foot homes or to simplify their investments from multiple properties with high maintenance to lower maintenance such as storage units or vacation properties managed by others. I also provide general buyer and seller services for residential properties in the Boise Metro as well as throughout the Treasure Valley.

BACKGROUND
Eight years licensed as a Realtor first in Oregon and now in Idaho.
20+ years as a licensed building and remodeling contractor and 5 years as a cabinetmaker.
10+ years as a private vocational rehabilitation consultant and expert witness successfully returning injured workers to work within their physical and mental limits while also minimizing cost to insurers.
Helped build and grow a gravel crushing and delivery business with my family.
Grew up on an 80 acre farm on the McKenzie River where I learned the value of hard work in a rural lifestyle.
Bachelors Degree with a Major in Social Science Corrections, Minor in Psychology.
Masters of Science Degree with emphasis on Psychology, Completed thesis research on managing and control of workers comp costs through implementation of management variables.
